Engr. Ilenreh is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of PNG Gas Limited.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Benin, Benin City and an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He is also an Oracle Certified Associate in data management and processing.
Engr. Ilenreh is a prolific Engineer with three-decade experience in Plant Operations/Maintenance, Business Development and Project Management. He started his professional career with Palplast Nigeria Limited in Ilupeju, Lagos where he was a Shift Production Supervisor. He worked with Tate Industries PLC as an Assistant Manager – Production. Thereafter, he moved to West Africa Portland Cement Plc. as a Technical Superintendent where he was responsible for Operations, Quality, Process Efficiency and Project Management.
He also worked with Gaslink Nigeria Limited from 2000 to 2003. While in Gaslink, he was the Technical Assistant to the Managing Director/CEO; in this role, he was accountable for project execution and corporate strategy formation in an advisory capacity to the Managing Director. He was later redeployed to Business Development where he led the team that developed the Greater Lagos Industrial Area Gas Project Phase11.
In 2003, he was employed by Owel-Linkso, where he was involved in the development and management of various projects and later as Chief Operating Officer for the group. He was the Managing Director of Linkso Nigeria Limited from 2012 to 2014. He has been a director in Gas Train Limited since June 2014 to date. He is a member of council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and other professional bodies.
Engr. Okhiria is currently the Chief Operating Officer of PNG Gas Limited.
He began his engineering profession at the Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma where he obtained a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Post Graduate Diploma in Procurement and Contracts Management (Eduqual, UK) Westford School of Management; he has acquired lots of professional certifications. He has a professional certificate in Gas Distribution Engineering from Gas Technology Institute, USA; a Quality Auditor, and a Certified Business Consultant with the Institute of Certified Business Consultant Canada. He is a corporate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Engr. Okhiria is a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria and has over 20 years work experience. Progressively, he has been responsible for Organizational Leadership in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering Design, with diverse experience in Pipeline & Process Plant Designs, expert knowledge of Contract & Project Management in the Oil and Gas industry. He Served as a Project Manager for numerous Oil and Gas Engineering Projects.
He has successfully worked at local and international levels on various Engineering Projects, developed and managed various business processes in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining PNG, he was the Managing Director of Piprops Engineering Limited, General Manager (Engineering Procurement & Construction Management) & Operations Manager in Linkso Nigeria Limited and has earlier worked in PPMC/NNPC and Kost Associates Nigeria Limited.
Engr. Bob Ibegbulam is currently the Assistant General Manager, Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems (AGM QHSE) at PNG Gas Limited.
He holds a B.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi and an MSc in Quality Management from Aberdeen Business School (ABS), The Robert Gordon University, Scotland.
Bob is a highly qualified and result oriented Senior QHSE expert with over 18 years track record of quick and sustainable delivery of organizational strategic vision. He has developed and maintained integrated business management systems to achieve asset integrity, capital efficiency and sustainable competitiveness in the oil and gas industry.
Prior to joining PNG, he worked as Quality Assurance Advisor at Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo – Deepwater Projects) and Principal Quality Engineer for Exxon Mobil Major Integrity Projects (MIPS); proving quality management and technical integrity verification supports to brownfield projects. He also worked as Corporate Principal Quality Engineer at DeltaAfrik Engineering Limited (a WorleyParsons Company), Corporate Quality Manager at QED International (Oil and Gas) Nigeria Limited, Quality Control and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Daewoo E & C and Depot Maintenance Engineer at NNPC – PPMC.
Bob is a COREN registered Mechanical Engineer and certified Quality Management Systems Auditor with the Chartered Quality Institute UK (CQI/IRCA) and Standard Organization for Nigeria (SON). He is also a certified Occupational Health and Safety System Auditor with Professional Evaluation and Certification Board (PECB) Canada, an International Team Excellence Award (ITEA) Judge with the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) USA.
He is a trained enterprise risk management and casual reasoning practitioner, ARMS Reliability certified Root Cause facilitator, CSWIP certified Plant Inspector and PCN certified Level III Non-Destructive Testing practitioner, amongst others.
