Mr. John Anim currently sits on the Board of PNG Gas Limited as Chairman.
Mr. John Anim has above 20 years of progressive oil and gas experience that spans production, well, reservoir engineering, and field management.
He has a rich array of skillset garnered from both petroleum engineering service companies and E&P operating companies. Before joining Platform Petroleum in 2012, He was the Lead Reservoir Engineer at Dharmattan Nigeria Limited and previously Senior Reservoir/Production Engineer at Brittania-U Nigeria Limited as well as Technical Manager at Rego Petroleum Services Limited. As a reservoir simulation engineer, he was involved in the study of several onshore and offshore assets in the Niger Delta for optimum field development and maximum recovery of reserves.
He is a proven ardent manager of people and resources in different capacities. In the past 6 years, He has led the Petroleum Engineering team as a manager, delivering on asset-related corporate targets and ensuring the optimal operation of the company’s assets prudently and cost-effectively.
Mr. John studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Benin and graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in 2000. He is also a product of the Special Intensive Training Programme (SITP) organized by SHELL in collaboration with The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. He earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Oil and Gas Engineering from the Programme in 2003. Mr. Anim is concluding an MBA – Energy, and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, UK, and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
Dr. Ogundare leads the team at Newcross Petroleum Limited (Lagos) and its related ventures.
He started his professional career in the health sciences. After rising to the role of a Professor and Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, he crossed over to the energy sector.
With over twenty years experience in health sciences and corporate environment, he has attended numerous programs and workshops in the field of strategic planning, corporate re-engineering, and management targeted towards improving efficiency, energy profiling and alternative energy synergies.
Engr. Osezua is the Founder / Chairman of the Owel-Linkso Group of Companies, the promoter of Gas Train Limited, the parent company of PNG Gas Limited.
He is a gas engineer with above 40 years’ experience, in the petroleum industry; 10 years of which, he spent with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). He started his professional career in 1979 with the Exploration Logging Inc. Houston, Texas, where he rose to the position of Senior Exploration Geologist and returned home, in 1982 for the National Youth Services, before joining the NNPC in 1983.
He voluntarily retired from NNPC in 1994 to manage the Educational Co-operation Society, a Non-Governmental Organization, which has promoted several educational projects including the Lagos Business School.
An entrepreneur and business man, Engr. Osezua has founded a number of companies, including Gaslink Nigeria Limited (“Gaslink”), Nigeria’s premier gas utility company, distributing natural gas to industries in the greater Lagos area.
In December 2005, he was honored by the Federal Government of Nigeria for his professional contribution to the development of the petroleum Industry, as Officer of the Order of the Niger, (OON); the Vatican has also been conferred with other titles as Knight of the order of Saint Gregory the Great, (KSG) and title of the Right Hon Chevalier; Fellow Nigerian Society of Engineers and Fellow Nigeria Society of Chemical Engineers.
Engr. Osezua, served as onetime special assistant to the President of Federal Government of Nigeria, on Petroleum matters between 1998 and 1999 and currently serve on several boards including, Chairman, Pan Atlantic University, Board of Trustees, the Institute for Work and Family Integration, Cordros Capital, to mention but a few.
Engr. Osezua, a graduate of the Texas A & M University, Kingsville, has BSc Natural Gas Engineering and MSC, degrees, he is married with Children.
Dr. Adesida is a Director in MOS Energy Company Limited.
He earned a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Geology from the University of Ibadan, an M.Sc. degree in Applied Geology from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife), and a Ph.D. degree in Geology from University of Benin, Nigeria.
Dr. Adesida brings on board over 35 years of cognitive and industry experience. About 28 of the years were spent on providing added values in to the growth and development of Shell Group in various petroleum basins of the world. He has expertise in the Evaluation of Open Acreages, Regional Geology and its Applications, Basins Evaluation and Modeling for some Marginal Field Operators in Nigeria, Environmental issues and Management, Commercial Crude & Gas Handling and Utilization of Straddled Fields.
Mr. Raimi joined the Platform Petroleum Limited in August 2021 as Executive Director, Commercial with the responsibility for all Platform’s Strategic and Commercial Decisions, Financial Operations, Capital Raising, and Optimization of Capital Structure across the organization.
He has 20 years experience in Commercial, Economics, Business Planning, Banking, Treasury and Finance positions, having been Petroleum Economist and Commercial Advisor for Addax Petroleum Nigeria and Addax Petroleum Services, Geneva, Switzerland with significant involvement in Project Economic Analysis, Business Planning, Commercial and Economic Evaluations of New Ventures, Farm-in, and Company Acquisition Opportunities, Bid-Rounds Valuation and Packaging, and Fiscal – Terms Analysis.
Most recently, Mr. Raimi was with Seplat Energy Plc as General Manager, Commercial with the responsibility for driving Commercial, Economics, Valuation, Planning, and Treasury activities across the organization. The role reported to the CFO and supports the CEO and the Board in investment decision making while providing commercial support to functions including Operations, Business Development, and direct interfaces with external stakeholders such crude oil off-takers, third party pipeline/terminal operators, gas customers, reserves auditors, lending banks as well as government agencies such as NNPC, DPR, NEITI.
Mr. Raimi had started his career with Citibank Nigeria as a Finance Analyst and thereafter with Cadbury Nigeria as Treasury Manager before joining the Oil and Gas Industry.
Mr. Raimi graduated with BSc. (Honours) First-Class in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and possesses an MSc. in Oil and Gas Economics from the University of Dundee, Scotland. He also holds the Harvard Business School Certificate of Management Excellence.
Oluseyi Oladapo is a well-focused Chartered Accountant and a certified Credit & Financial Examiner (CCFE), articulate and results-oriented professional, with excellent steep and having long-standing hands-on experience in Financial & Treasury Management; Oil & Gas Project Financial Planning & Corporate Finance; Oil & Gas Asset Management; Budgeting, Financial Controls & Enterprise Risk Management; Project & Change Management; Business Valuation; Merger & Acquisition; Corporate Tax Planning & Management and performance measurement for over two decades.
Oluseyi holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Accounting; Masters Degree in Applied Economics (M.Sc.) and Professional Master in Project Management and a Ph.D. in Credit Management. He’s a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN); the Institute of Credit Administration and a certified Credit & Financial Examiner from London Postgraduate Credit Management College.
He has attended several leadership and executive management training programmes , locally and overseas, including Lagos Business School; Aberdeen Business School, The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen; the University of California, Berkeley (HAAS); Wharton Executive Education, University of Pennsylvania, USA and CWC School for Energy, UK, among others.
Prior to Oluseyi’s joining Pan Ocean Oil Corporation, he worked in various sectors, from being an Audit Trainee to becoming an Audit Manager in Audit & Advisory firm and also as a full-time lecturer in, Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo. He’s currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Pan Ocean Oil Corporation Nigeria Limited.
Oluseyi is an active board member of some blue-chip Companies and performs his roles as appropriate within his skill-sets.
Oluseyi has won several prizes/awards for his exceptional professional performances and has some scholarly publications to his credit.
Oseni Salawe Elamah, mni is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Stockbroker. He graduated from the prestigious Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, and holds a Master of Science Corporate Governance from Liverpool’s John Moores University, United Kingdom.
He became an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) in 1987 and bagged a fellowship of the institute in 1997. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute Taxation Nigeria (CITN), the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and the institute of Directors (IoD). He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and an alumnus of the nation’s foremost policy and research institution (think-tank), the National institute of Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos and a Member of the National Institute (mni).
Oseni Elamah has garnered vast experience in the oil and gas industry over the years, first as a special Assistant (Petrol) to the Head of State and Commander in Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria from October 1998 to May 1999. He served in the Office of the Special Adviser (Petroleum) as Personal Assistant to Chief Aret Adams (pioneer Group Managing Director of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation, (NNPC).
He ventured into the private sector in June 1999 when he was appointed Executive Director, Business Development and Logistics (Hoslyn Oil and Gas Service Ltd) where he was involved in the design and construction of the NNPC Oziegbe-Oredo flow station project. He was also a part of the team of auditors that carried out the first ever value-for-money audit on the NNPC Joint Venture operators (including Mobil, Cheron, Texaco Overseas Oil Producing Company, Shell, and Nigeria Agip Oil Company.
He Proceeded to serve as Executive Director of Business Development (Multinational Expertise Ltd) where under the mentorship of the Late Aret Adams, he was responsible for planning and development of new business lines one of which was Multinational Craig Energy Services a Joint Venture Company with a UK Energy Supply Group where he became the pioneer Managing Directors/CEO.
Oseni Elamah has held various top managerial and senior executive positions including Executive Director of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (2002-2005), Managing Director/CEO, Trust Fund Pension PLC (2006 – 2008) among others. He also made his mark in the public sector as Executive Chairman of Edo State Board of Internal Revenue between 2011 and 2017 where he was instrumental to the consolidation of tax administration reform in Edo State. He was appointed the Executive Secretary of the Joint Tax Board (JTB) in 2017, a position held till 2020.
He is married with children.
Engr. Ilenreh is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of PNG Gas Limited.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Benin, Benin City and an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He is also an Oracle Certified Associate in data management and processing.
Engr. Ilenreh is a prolific Engineer with three-decade experience in Plant Operations/Maintenance, Business Development and Project Management. He started his professional career with Palplast Nigeria Limited in Ilupeju, Lagos where he was a Shift Production Supervisor. He worked with Tate Industries PLC as an Assistant Manager – Production. Thereafter, he moved to West Africa Portland Cement Plc. as a Technical Superintendent where he was responsible for Operations, Quality, Process Efficiency and Project Management.
He also worked with Gaslink Nigeria Limited from 2000 to 2003. While in Gaslink, he was the Technical Assistant to the Managing Director/CEO; in this role, he was accountable for project execution and corporate strategy formation in an advisory capacity to the Managing Director. He was later redeployed to Business Development where he led the team that developed the Greater Lagos Industrial Area Gas Project Phase11.
In 2003, he was employed by Owel-Linkso, where he was involved in the development and management of various projects and later as Chief Operating Officer for the group. He was the Managing Director of Linkso Nigeria Limited from 2012 to 2014. He has been a director in Gas Train Limited since June 2014 to date. He is a member of council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and other professional bodies.
